At first i saw it as a mostake but after placing a phone order and being told 20mins you turn up to find they didnt write your order down and forgot it then told you never rang them...WTF or being told 45mins for a pizza which is ok only to turn up after 50mins and made wait 40 mins in store before getting 1 large pizza . this happens at least once a week. People ring in orders so they dont have to wait around wasting there time in your shop... not even a sorry nothing just a dumb look.. its a shame as its only the one team member that forgets to write it down every time..
